At A-1 Construction your fencing project is the most important project we do. We take great

materials. Like con-heart redwood, cedar or pressure treated fir. The type and grade of the

materials will be spelled out clearly in your proposal and can be upgrade or downgraded at

your request.

The board on board fencing below in F.2, F.4 and F.6 are three of the most popular fence

style. Some have lattice on top and some don't. At A-1 Construction we will set your fence

posts 24" to 36" deep in concrete never 18" to 20" like the other fence company's. The fence

we build for you will be well anchored and will not blow over in a winter storm. Whether we

build it in the winter or the summer your new fence will out last your expectations.

Why should I use con-heart redwood fence boards when con-common fence boards are cheaper? The

pictures below are the perfect example of a fence built with Con-commonfence boards. The thing that jumps

out at me right away is the fungus. The fence boards come covered in fungus. This is because the sapwood,

the white parts of the fence boards, have no resistant's to fungus wood eating bugs. Where the heart wood,

the red section of the wood, do. So the reason to use con-heart redwood fence boards, above, is that they

will last a lot longer the con-common fence boards. Also they look a whole lot better when they are installed.
